    - Wooden nameplates and wooden signs are made from natural wood. Expect variations in colour and wood grain texture. This is the characteristic of wood and makes each nameplate unique.

    - Sizes may vary by +/- 3 mm for solid wood panels.

    - Weight may vary depending upon the moisture content and species of the wood.

    Shipping

    Free shipping in the US on orders above $50.

    All our products are handmade or perosnalized. Orders are shipped and delivered within 8-12 days. You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped.

    For custom engraved products (any custom photo/logo/text), orders are shipped after we receive an email confirmation for the design mockup sent to you.

    Other countries - standard shipping between $5 - $9.99

    Worldwide shipping between $5 - $9.99 to most countries. Delivery takes 8-12 days. For international orders the customer is liable to pay any customs duty and local vat/sales tax applicable on the product. 

    Return Policy

    - Not happy with your order? Don't worry. We will replace your product if you have any complaints.

    - 30 days easy return policy for non-customized products. 

    You can return any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image) for a refund or exchange.

    The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. 

    - Full refund on cancellations of custom orders

    We will issue a full refund if you do not like the design preview of your custom product (as long as you request for cancellation before we engrave your order). Once engraving is complete, no refund will be initiated for custom engraved products.

    No returns or exchange for custom engraved products.

      My fisrt product with woodgeek

      I ordered a customised small nameplate. The product sent to me looked great. The designing was as shown in the digital mock up. It was a gift for my sister and she loved it too. Though I wish my overall experience was better in terms of getting prompt reply from the team. I tried to reach them via WhatsApp, FB messenger and phone call but I was not getting useful responses until quite late. But once I was able to converse with one of the team members on phone, the communication became much better. Also, while the product looks great, I really wish the accompanying accessories like the back rest for the nameplate were better and made the product all the more elegant from all angles and not just the front. I love the idea of engraved gifts by Woodgeekstore, so kudos for that!

      Unable to use it

      Good. But somebody has not paid attention to how the piece would be hanged. It needs to be displayed horizontally but the hanging mechanism has been made for vertical units.
