The poster I ordered is as advertised, unfortunately including the website address burned into the design which I think looks tacky/misplaced. It took far longer than advertised to arrive, the customs declaration was wrong forcing me to pay extra fees, and I was not kept up to date with the progress of my order. I placed my order on 6th June and received confirmation that it was in production on 9th June with an estimated production time of 2 - 3 working days and estimated delivery of 7 days. On 26th of June I asked for an update as I had not received any notification about the order being shipped, but I received no reply to my enquiry. On 3rd July delivery was attempted, but as there had been a customs charge and no advanced notification of the delivery (or the extra fees to pay) the delivery was aborted. After another failed delivery, and doing some digging through the original order email to find the order on the Wood Geek website and from there the tracking number for the parcel, I was able to pay the additional fees online and retrieve the parcel from a UPS pickup location on 10th July. It would have been sooner but the pick-up location advertised the wrong opening hours so I had to try twice. Checking the tracking reveals the order was only dispatched on 29th June - 17 working days after the order was placed (advertised lead time was up to 10 working days). Finally, I was charged £20 extra import duty (tax) and charges as the company (wrongly) declared the poster as having a value of £3,499 on the import declaration. Overall I would recommend staying away from this company and I would not order from them again.
