    Custom Trophy & Award

    Create your own custom trophies. Upload the text you want to be engraved and we will make you a trophy and award of your choice. Whether you're looking for a football trophy, badminton trophy or other sports awards, best employee award or other employee appreciation awards, funny awards and trophies for friends and family, you can make a custom award and trophy.

    Specifications

    • Thickness: 0.5 inches thick solid wood medals. 
    • Size: 12*12 inches.
    • Weight: The birch trophy weighs approx 382 gm 
    • The mahogany trophy weighs approx 435 gm

     

    Considerations  

    - Wooden trophies and awards are made from natural wood. Expect variations in color and wood grain texture. This is the characteristic of wood and makes each award unique.

    - The thickness may vary by +/- 1 mm for solid wood panels. 

    - Sizes may vary by +/- 1 inch for solid wood panels.

    - Weight may vary depending upon the moisture content and species of the wood.

    Customization

    Make your own wooden trophy on your choice of wood. Add the text you like and we will design and email you a digital mockup to show you a preview of your certificate. You approve the design and we carve and ship your custom wooden certificate.

    Average delivery time for custom products is 10 to 14 working days

    Note:  
    - Your design mock-up will be emailed to you within 2 working days after receiving your prepaid order.    
    - You can ask for changes in your design until you are satisfied. However, this will further delay your dispatch date by 24 hours. 
    - If you are not happy with the design mockup you can cancel the order and get a full refund. (order cancellations are allowed before your custom product is engraved)

    Shipping

    Free shipping in the US on orders above $50.

    All our products are handmade or perosnalized. Orders are shipped and delivered within 8-12 days. You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped.

    For custom engraved products (any custom photo/logo/text), orders are shipped after we receive an email confirmation for the design mockup sent to you.

    Other countries - standard shipping between $5 - $9.99

    Worldwide shipping between $5 - $9.99 to most countries. Delivery takes 8-12 days. For international orders the customer is liable to pay any customs duty and local vat/sales tax applicable on the product. 

    Return Policy

    - Not happy with your order? Don't worry. We will replace your product if you have any complaints.

    - 30 days easy return policy for non-customized products. 

    You can return any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image) for a refund or exchange.

    The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. 

    - Full refund on cancellations of custom orders

    We will issue a full refund if you do not like the design preview of your custom product (as long as you request for cancellation before we engrave your order). Once engraving is complete, no refund will be initiated for custom engraved products.

    No returns or exchange for custom engraved products.
