I came across Woodgeek as I was looking for something innovative unique to gift to my mother for her birthday. I was very impressed with the service of Woodgeek.
1) I was initially worried if the gift will come on time since Woodgeek had committed 10-15 working days. However, to my pleasant surprise, I got the gift well in advance. Kudos for the super fast service!
2) I was really happy with the innovative mock-up that the team sent at a trail-blazing pace!
3) The product looks really stunning and is true to the mockup that was shared (in fact, even better!). It looked really stunning and the gloss added a beautiful touch to it.
4) I also really loved the greeting card engraved in wood that I had optionally purchased (I honestly didn't expect it, I was thinking it would be a paper based card in wood colors)
I really really want to give 5 stars rating but there were just 2 small nagging factors that the Woodgeek team can keep in mind in the future:
1) There was a small piece of wood chipped off at the top and one of the edges was worn out.
2) The packaging could have been more robust and attractive (if there is an option for better packaging at extra cost, I would love to pay more for better packaging).
However, these are not big criticisms but just small pointers to make the offering even better.
Overall I rate the service 4.5/5. Great job, Team Woodgeek!
