    Specifications

    - Pure wooden hardcover notebook. 
    - The regular notebook measures 18 x 13.5 cms. 
    - The large notebook measures  24 x 15 cms.
    - It contains 70 pages.
    - Only the bamboo notebook comes with a pen. Other wooden notebooks do not come with a pen.
    - The black elastic band keeps your notebook securely closed.

     Considerations

    -This notebook is made from natural wooden material. Expect variations in colour and wood grain texture. This is the characteristic of wood and makes each notebook unique.

    Customisation

    How to order customised notebooks?

    Step 1: Upload your own high-resolution image and add your custom text.

    Step 2: We design and email you a preview of your custom wooden product.

    Step 3: Once you approve the design, we carve and ship it out.

    Image guidelines :  1) The image must be high-resolution. We recommend 3 MB or more. 2) The image must be well lit  3) The image should be crisp with no blurring. If you upload a low-resolution image you may receive an email from us requesting for an alternate image. Text guidelines : 

    1)You can upload text in any language and we will do the engraving accordingly.

     Note: 

    - Your design mock-up will be sent to your email address within 2 working days after receiving your prepaid order. 

    - You can ask for minor changes in your design mock-up. However, this will further delay your dispatch date. 

    - We accept one image per product. Please do not send us multiple images for the design mock-up. 
    Shipping

    Free shipping in the US on orders above $50.

    All our products are handmade or perosnalized. Orders are shipped and delivered within 8-12 days. You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped.

    For custom engraved products (any custom photo/logo/text), orders are shipped after we receive an email confirmation for the design mockup sent to you.

    Other countries - standard shipping between $5 - $9.99

    Worldwide shipping between $5 - $9.99 to most countries. Delivery takes 8-12 days. For international orders the customer is liable to pay any customs duty and local vat/sales tax applicable on the product. 

    Return Policy

    - Not happy with your order? Don't worry. We will replace your product if you have any complaints.

    - 30 days easy return policy for non-customized products. 

    You can return any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image) for a refund or exchange.

    The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. 

    - Full refund on cancellations of custom orders

    We will issue a full refund if you do not like the design preview of your custom product (as long as you request for cancellation before we engrave your order). Once engraving is complete, no refund will be initiated for custom engraved products.

    No returns or exchange for custom engraved products.

      It was not a nice

      It was not a nice experience shopping with woodgeek, i got my order after 20 days after my friend birthday got over. Also after multiple follow ups and calls i got the correct information. After sending pics also, i was getting mail to send the pic for which i again attached the pics in the another email thread. It was my first buy and i am not gona use it again. So hope they will improve the service by updating their site where in they can limit the image pixel fo 1mb and more to reduce the delay and multiple follow up. Thank you
